Anuncio de licitación para la contratación de controlador de primer nivel de un proyecto INTERREG / Call for tenders for the recruitment of a first-level controller for an INTERREG project

La Palma Research Centre, empresa con sede en la isla de La Palma, ha sido beneficiaria como socia del proyecto Interreg Atlantic Area IMPACT4MAR “Social Ecological Impact Assessment for the Maritime Sector in the Atlantic Area”, EAPA_0143/2024, con la siguiente duración: del 3/11/25 al 28/04/2025 (30 meses).

La Palma Research necesita contratar un controlador de primer nivel para poder presentar los Progress Report semestrales junto con las certificaciones de gasto, más el informe final. Puede encontrar más información sobre los documentos para la designación del controlador en la página web de Fondos Europeos del Ministerio de Hacienda.

El controlador tiene que cumplir los siguientes criterios:

• Estar inscrito en el Registro Oficial de Auditores de Cuentas (ROAC),
• Tener un nivel de inglés que le permita leer y entender la documentación del proyecto.

Además, se valorarán la experiencia previa en auditoría de fondos europeos, concretamente del Programa Interreg Atlantic Area, y la oferta económica.

La Palma Research needs to hire a first-level controller to be able to submit the half-yearly Progress Reports together with the expenditure certifications, plus the final report. The controller must meet the following criteria:

• Be registered in the Official Register of Auditors (ROAC),
• Have a level of English that allows them to read and understand the project documentation.

In addition, previous experience in auditing European funds, specifically the Interreg Atlantic Area Programme, and the financial offer will be taken into account.
