NEURO-REBUILD Kick-off Meeting (Madrid, Spain, October 2026)
On 6-7 October 2026, partners of the new NEURO-REBUILD project gathered in Madrid for the project’s Kick-Off Meeting, hosted by the coordinator Technical University of Madrid (UPM). Held in a hybrid format, the meeting brought together consortium members to align on the project vision, establish the implementation roadmap, and coordinate the first activities across all work packages.
During the two-day event, partners discussed the technical and administrative framework of the project, the development of the project’s pilot cases, and the methodologies that will guide stakeholder engagement and co-creation activities. The meeting included presentations as well on digital twins, immersive laboratories, and physiological measurement technologies that will support the project’s research and innovation objectives. Particular attention was given to project coordination, including the definition of timelines, key milestones, deliverables, and reporting procedures, ensuring a shared understanding of responsibilities and the effective implementation of activities throughout the project lifecycle.
The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen collaboration among partners, establish a common working framework, and lay the foundations for the successful implementation of NEURO-REBUILD over the coming years.
